1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Legacy Bitfundex Ki ("we," "us," "our," "Platform"). These Terms govern your ("you," "your," "User") access to our website, apps, trading tools and related services ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and restrictions

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm you are not in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited. We may decline service, run KYC checks and suspend accounts in cases of risk, fraud or breach. You are responsible for accurate profile information and for keeping your credentials safe.

3. Services, third parties, and risk

We may introduce you to or describe third-party platforms; we are not your broker unless expressly stated. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any tax obligations.

4. Fees, acceptable use, and intellectual property

Fees, where they apply, are as shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including posting unlawful content, deploying malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain the property of us or our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of £100 or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer rights.

6. Indemnity, suspension, and termination

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk or legal reasons. Surviving terms include limitations of liability, indemnity and dispute provisions.
